Florida \Roodepoort SPCA care more about money than the animals care

I am a single mother of 2 and A stray female cat gave birth in my yard , creating 10 offspring and instead of dumping at SPCA , i opted to get help from vet named Rain and she kindly helped me sterilize 6 and i took 5 to Florids/Roodepoort SPCA to be fixed. They charged me for all cats but only did 3 . These are people that are supposed to love and take care of animals but they rip me off, thereby causing pain and suffering to the animals. The boy was probably chased by another rogue unneutered cat and got lost for 2 years and finally found his way back home to his loving family , dirty , red rimmed yellow eyes, skin and bone and hair matted and dry. whenever he came by i made sure i had chicken and milk and montego cat chunks and he ate whilst salivating into the food. his brothers and sisters tried to chase him away but he was staying. He is now fat and healthy , a real miracle boy. He was obviously always on on cement because he even forgot how to dig a hole to ****. He dumps on grass and tries to cover it up or just walks and drops his little bombs. Florida\Roodepoort SPCA is disgusting and they just care about making money and not about taking care of the animals.
