Do they really care?

So two weeks ago this Saturday my family and I went to the Boksburg SPCA where we met a very friendly and helpful lady by the name of Sue. Sue can attest to the fact that we must have spent almost two hours looking for a dog to adopt. We interacted with two dogs and chose one to adopt. I gave all my details, paid a reservation fee etc. Because we technically live in Germiston we were told that the Germiston branch needs to come and do the inspection. We waited the whole of last week and nothing happened. I started phoning the Boksburg branch this week to see what was going on. First I was told that Germiston had a burglary over the weekend and everything was a mess, but I was offered that one of the Boksburg inspectors would come after getting permission from Germiston. This was Monday this week. No-one arrived. I phoned on Tuesday to Boksburg again and was told that because of all the un-rest the inspector from Boksburg could not come, but they would speak to Germiston again because supposedly they had sorted themselves out from their burglary. I phoned today again and spoke to Sasha, not for the first time. I got the whole story about the burglary again. Then she told me I must phone the Germiston branch as they have all my details. I phoned. It went to voicemail! Really guys! There is a dog we would love to adopt who is living in a cage in this freezing cold weather and you guys are playing pass the buck. Whats it going to be? Can I get an inspector to my property please? The sooner the better!!
