DISCRIMINATING

Good day, On Sunday 23/02/2016, a group of white ladies with a white vehicle was walking in 11th avenue retreat looking into the yards of the community living in the area. on my way out someone called me to my gate outside, when i went outside. The one lady rep**** \ oh i see you have a nyc dog in your yard, have you sterilized your dogs?\" i then rep**** \" my one dog has been sterilized why?she rep**** \"you must sterilize all your dogs because its law\" she and I then had an argument, and when i asked her name, she rep**** she don't have to give her name and if i don't want to listen to her she will send the inspector to take my dogs\"....WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS THE PAMPHLET THEY DISTRIBUTED HAD A SPCA CONTACT NUMBER ON, IF MY FAMILY TAKE MY DOGS FOR THE REGULAR YEARLY EXAMINATION AND VACCINATION AND THEY ARE DE WORMED EVERY SIX MONTHS WHO IS THIS WHITE WOMAN TO COME AND SPEAK TO US LIKE THEY WANT AND IN PUBLIC IN THE PRESENTS OF OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS AS WELL, I WAS VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS BECAUSE IT IS DISCRIMINATING"
