Defame and accuse me falsely

Sandton SPCA sent a very unprofessional person to me and he left a letter on the gate in the rain. I contacted them and I was accused of leaving my dogs without food. That person came back twice afterwards and discussed me with the neighbours. They refused to give me the person who reported me but I learned from neighbours it was Sergio Duarte.
