CRUELTY TO ANIMALS BY THE SPCA
The lady named Ann and a guy named Sam had refused to treat my pup and even stated that they will not vaccinate it if i dont make a plan to get R1500 upfront otherwise the dog can die and they dont have a problem with that.
This is completely disgusting and unacceptable!
