Complaint laid, No response now dogs are dead!
I am totally furious and gobsmacked due to the response of the SPCA in PTA after I logged a complaint that 2 dogs are being starved and neglected and seem to be terribly sick. They never went to go and have a inspection and one of the dogs died on Friday and the other is still in terrible shape and in need of dire help....<br> <br> I cant believe that the guys that are supposed to help the poor dogs are the ones that take so long to come to their rescue.<br> <br> After the one dog died of what I can only guess is lack of nourishment it was left in the sun for 2 days and only removed when legal action was immanent....<br> <br> How can this be acceptable to anyone???
