Complaining about how SPCA kempton park treat black people

Do are you reaching me now by this Please advise on the criteria that is used to adopt animals for the love of it . Kempton park SPCA that visited my place this morning were so rude and very racial to be in short. I don't believe any of them have a quality of a property that I have that they just come with silly excuses not to afford me a dog yet they might even have dogs to their places yet the truth is their level of salaries could fall under the payroll of my stuff. I am very disappointed for wasting my time with such people who brings the institution to disrupt because of their poised racial issues that they have probably inherited in their DNA. Fortunately enough i can afford to buy a dog that is not for adoption just wanted to home a homeless dog . Great day
