Beyond Excellent Service
I can only compliment ALL the staff from the Booysens SPCA.My dog fell sick and i took him to the SPCA on Wednesday.The Dr that examined my dog suspected Tick Fever and admitted my dog straight away.I collected my pup today and all is beyond perfect.(I must say...it was not Tick Fever but the Dr was so efficient in his work that I am sure that he did not wanted to take chances)Now that is what I call attention to detail.<br> I am a very happy owner today as all of the issues i worried about is sorted.Dog is okay and the bill was reasonable.<br> We are very quick to complain,,,,but never to compliment good service.I believe the way the consumer approach the situation (that will be towards the person on the other side of the counter or on the other side of the telephone)determines the outcome of the result.Treat a person professionally and in return proffesional service will be the end result .That is called respect...THANK YOU SPCA BOOYSENS...See you with my pup's check up in a months time
