Bad treatment
I had a bad experience on treatment,telephone ethics and drove ****m to adopt kittens that was dropped off at Centurion branch over the weekend. I was refused even to see the cats. Reason cause the woman that posted it on Facebook As I see it..to help for homes....Not good. I asked to accompany to the cages even that was a problem with. Well done on your bad custermor service. I left empty handed back ****m

06 Jun 2023, 10:26Good day This serves as a response regarding the matter of the kittens brought to Tshwane SPCA. The two kittens were brought to the Tshwane SPCA by a person surrendering them. As a procedure, all animals admitted to the SPCA are subjected to assessment and, or isolation. In isolation areas, there is no access for the public for numerous reasons including disease control. The person was indeed denied access to the isolation area as the kittens were still not yet available for public view. Kind regards, Andrew L KekanaTshwane SPCA Manager
