Bad attitude

I'd really like to find out the name of the ****** 'lady' who works at the Kempton Park branch. My wife went to look for a dog/puppy to adopt for our baby. She was going fine and even called me to talk about adopting a black lab (which reminded of a childhood pet we had at home) dealing with a gentleman there. THis lady from when she joined in, had an attitude to the point where another old lady came in to assist. Even when she came to the house for an assessment she had a bad attitude. These are the kind of people that turn something wonderful into a horrible experience
