ANIMAL TURNED AWAY FOR NOT BEING 'SICK ENOUGH'

I went to the SPCA in Johannesburg South this morning as my dog has been ill since Saturday. The receptionist was explaining to me the billing procedure (I have no money as I am a student, but I do work and would've been able to pay the full amount month end), another lady (Did not quite catch her name, was a white lady maybe in her early or mid 50's) then came and basically told me that they cannot help me. I explained to her the situation and she would hear nothing of it.
