Good day

Please note that not all SPCAs have in-house veterinarians and rely on the private veterinarians in the town to assist. Almoning assistance is for the indigent (poor) and proof of income (3 months bank statement), identification and residence must be provided when applying. This assistance is not free as veterinary procedures cost money, but a reduced rate is negotiated with the Vet.  Thank you.
