Adoption nightmare

I am very disappointed in the experience we have had in the adopting of a dog from SPCA Tshwane. We were very excited to identify a dog that we wanted to adopt. We were informed of the process - thereafter communication became non-existent. Since that day we have been completely kept in the dark as to what is happening. We had to always phone them, they never contacted us to tell us what is happening.

What was also distressing - when we brought our child and other dog to meet with our chosen dog - they could not locate the dog at first!! They even brought out the wrong dog!!

Our chosen dog, apparently, has been sent for sterilization. No one has, once again, communicated this with us!! We now sit in hope, that maybe one day during the next week, we will be asked to come and pick up our dog... hopefully the correct dog!!
