ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIBILITY!!!
I had a neighbour whom sprayed my pet, a French bulldog, with pepper spray. He did this without provocation. I reported the matter to Andrew Kekana at the SPCA in Waltloo Pretoria. Was advised to open case which I did at the Villieria Police Station. Constable Mahlangu was assigned to investigate the case. I was recently sent a copy of the docket, after batlling to get it from Constable Mahlangu, that the case was \withdrawn"";I did not expect this from Andrew and I'm extremely disappointed in Andrew. I really thought that Andrew was sincere but was proven wrong in this matter."""

Following response from Tshwane SPCA:
The matter of a French bulldog alleged to be sprayed by a pepper spray was reported to us on 28 March 2015 between 17Hoo and 17H30.
The owner was ordered to take the dog to a vet and obtain a vet's report. He was also requested to report the matter to the police immediately and supply us with the case number and the report from the vet which he later did. I personally supp**** the investigating officer Constable Mahlangu with the highlighted Animals Protection Act for the sections to be used on the case including the vet's report and they were put in the docket in my presence.
We supp**** all information for the purpose of prosecution to be presented in court. I also had meetings and telephone conversations with the complainant on our standing with the case of-which we agreed that the accused must be prosecuted for cruelty to animals.
The case was not withdrawn by SPCA neither by the complainant as per our findings but by the court. He was further referred to the public prosecutor Mr. Mzeke for his concern. On our side we have done everything on making sure the case is opened and it is very unfortunate of the outcome of the case.
