Cherubs cotton buds are not safe!

I bought cherubs cotton buds in January,4 weeks ago we had 2 incidents in one week were the cotton got stuck on ears! Luckily for me I managed to get it out. The other family member had to go to the doctor. We notified the company 4 weeks ago and so far they sent a courier to collect the cotto buds 2 weeks ago and never heard from them!
