DAMAGED FIRE ARM

I bought a brand new Norinco rifle from NSN Gun Shop recently.Requested 4 original steel magazines. Instead revived 4 tin magazines.Clearly visible on the fire arm it is damaged by engraved SPARTAN ARMS.I requested an original Mil style Norinco and was not warned about engravings.It also has a dent in the hand grip. I shall have to buy a new fire arm. I want to know how can NSN Gun Shop come to terms in me buying a brand new spotless fire arm without damage with steel magazines as originally requested and receive back the tin magazines.The following is not a threat but a warning.If we cannot make a deal end of August. I shall spread this misleading sales to all news papers and Gun Shops.I already received legal advice regards the same.All i expect is a transparent fair business deal with feedback before end of July 2015.Money is not a problem for me, but a lack of trust.
