renovation let down

Nico Moolman was approached to do renovations and alterations at my property late last year. although much whatsapp correspondence and sms's confirm completion date which was due before christmas he has yet to return and complete, through January, February, March. He has been paid in full, but many building items have not been delivered or removed by him. it has necessitated getting in another builder at huge added expense to complete project.
