N'SHAW Marloth Park

I would not recommend doing business with Louise or anyone else at N'SHAW. I am very disappointed with Louise Otto for her utter lack of decency and business ethics. We booked accommodation at N'SHAW and paid a deposit on 30 October 2018. Unfortunately we booked for November instead of December. We contacted Louise immediately (please note that this happened a few hours after we made the booking) and asked whether we could move the dates and if not whether we can be refunded. Louise ignored our calls, emails and whats-app messages. Our booking couldn't have cost her ANYTHING seeing as we booked before midnight on the 30th and noticed our error the next morning and notified her before 8am. It is utterly disgusting that Louise could so easily ***** our money and she didn't even blink while doing it. truly the worst level of customer service.
