We beg for your help

My brother app**** for NSFAS last year and this year January they rejected him because of a missing document which he was more than happy to go to the social workers and get it signed then he sent to NSFAS so they could reconsider his application but once again NSFAS rejected him this morning and their reason continues to be missing documents.

I would like to know why he was rejected when he already sent in the aforementioned document because he more than qualifies to get funding from NSFAS. Please fix this as he is already in school and runs the risk of getting kicked out as we don't have the necessary funds to support him at home after both of our parents passed away
