Waiting and waiting, for what?

<p>I am part of the so called missing middle and is to rich for financial aid but to poor to cover my own fees. I app**** to Nsfas last year November 2016 and is still waiting for an answer on my application. Problem is, UNiSA temporarily registered me/ awaiting payment or relevant documentation. I am unable to access any study material online because i did not make a registration fee payment. I am writing exams in May, but haven't started studying because I'm still waiting on Nsfas. How long is this going to carry on????</p>
