Very bad

now, why do Nsfas choose to reply to its applicants during busy December holidays? If no one can help where does that put me? I am very stressed i have been calling Nsfas 2 times, they place any caller in their queue of calls and it counts calls from 90 once you reach to be 3 after 2 hours holding they drop the call, what is that? Please help me I'm at need of studying i am not working i rely on Nsfas to approve please when you respond these are contact details, ***/ *** my email address *** I am using someone's email because I don't have data thank you.
