Useless NSFAS fail to update my balance

I owe NSFAS some money. In August I deposited some money to NSFAS account appearing on my statement(using ID number as reference), to settle the account. The statement still reflects the old balance before I made the deposit. I tried calling all the numbers on their website, but I cannot get through. Its either I hold for agent until I run out of airtime or the number cannot go through. I also emailed the query through all available emails on the website.

I cannot get the answer why the balance is not changing. PLEASE HELP. MAYBE I DEPOSITED TO A WRONG ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!
