unpaid fees

I was an NSFAS student at Durban University of Technology and did my final year in 2012.The sad thing though is that I was supposed to graduate in 2013 of which didn't happened because In the beginning of March 2013 I found out that I owe the university the 2012 fees.They told me that I didn't signed the loan agreement form of which I did singed it bt now the problem is that I can't find the tear slip to prove to them that I did signed.Yet on the 06 February 2013 I went to the campus because by the end of 2012 I didn't get my results and when I phoned them they told me that I had to come to the financial aid offices and get the clearance letter of which I took it to the finance then they cleared my credit I then went to the faculty and got my results.Till now I haven't got my diploma because I can't afford to pay those fees,I can't even get a job,my life is stucked.Its like I've waisted my 3 years doing nothing.I can't even further my studies let alone helping my parents since I'm the oldest here at home.I have become a laughing stock to my neighbours they saying that I was not even at university because I've never graduated even my parents are starting to believe that.Please help!
