UNKNOWN LOAN ACCOUNT

<p>I received an email yesterday saying i owe R14 439., a loan that I took out in 2013 according to the statement, I did not take out a loan and I have been calling their numbers and sent emails all I get when I call is "we are unable to take your calls please call back later, and the call gets disconnected. I want them to explain to me who took out the loan becasue I sure didnt. I have enough problems and I am trying to keep my credit record clear,. someone better call me or respond to my email or I will take the leagal route to handle this.</p>
