UNISA outstanding balance 😠😠😠😠

Hello. I'm so stressed as I was funded by NSFAS from 2020 to 2021 when I was doing PGCE at UNISA and there is now an outstanding balance of R7113 which needs to paid and I need to register for my Honors Degree and UNISA cannot register me for 2023 academic year because of this I am so stressed and to top it all I have sent emails countless times with no response and I've tried calling to no avail.
