Unfair practice

I Scott Bekker would like to state that ive app**** for NSFAS funding however we have been declined. According to NSFAS our household income is way to high and we do not qualify. If so why havent they checked with the department of Labour as we provided them with letters confirming that we unemployed. Its sad as my child wants to study however other students who aren't attending classes are recieving funding mothly.
