********* behavior, wrongfully handed over by NSFAS
I am very disappointed by nsfas, I sent an email to *** on May 21, 2019, 8:39 AM for the arrangements. I was shocked to get an sms from MBD and email stating that my account has been handed over to them, because NSFAS was unable to get hold of me. How possible is that because they were able to give my contact number and my email address to MBD. They didn't even bother to reply to the email that I`ve sent to them. I even called them for arrangements they didn't say they have a problem with them

Bongi M Please be advised if your account is being handled by a debt collection agency, they are just assisting NSFAS to collect payments as we do not have an official collection department. You may arrange with the collections agency it will still reflect on our statement. Thanks, PK
