Unblock nsfas wallet

I'm a second year student at SWGC Roodepoort campus and I'm funded by nsfas. My nsfas wallet account has been blocked and I've requested them to unlock it for me to no avail. I've been calling and emailing them since Monday. I'm not the only one with this problem. They're just not willing to help us and we're in need of the money. Some are renting and they seem not to care about releasing our allowances and unblocking our accounts.
