Unable To Speak to Someone

<p>Hi I have been calling the NSFAS call centre on ********** 327 for the past few weeks now and first i could hold on until the call cuts by itself and now when i try to dial it it says the dialed number is unobtainable. I have tweeted 3 times now to @myNSFAS but don't get a response. i have send 2 e-mails to ********** but no response, how can i get hold of a person?</p>
