Trying to get me to pay for a loan of which no one can supply me with the documents

For the past year I keep on getting statements from NSFAS for a study loan of which I can't remember ever taking out. I have asked numerous times for some sort of proof where I signed for the loan but no one ever gets back to me. I even started getting sms's and emails from the debt collector regarding this and the same, I ask for documents but no one gets back to me. So clearly this is not my loan and I would like to get it off my name. It comes from 2013 and I was at that time studying through UNISA and paying my studies myself so there is definitely a mistake here
