Total ********** by NSFAS

While trying to be a good citizen i'm getting ********** by NSFAS. I paid the settlement amount in full in December 2020 and immediately emailed them the proof because i wanted the funds to help another student in need. Big mistake i am still getting deductions from my salary for a paid up account and they are not responding to my emails the call center is not operating apparently due to the pandemic. I wonder what will happen about the interest will i even get a refund.
