The worst funding scheme

The worst to deal with. You firstly wait on the line even an hour if the call is not dropped on you. Once you get online with an agent wooo! They are very arrogant and rude! No empathy and soft skills at all. This is so stressful and depressing. Some of us as students app**** early last year but we are stuck on applications (I am mainly stuck on stage 6). You call them they just either tell you they waiting for institutionsl to send registration information to fund yiu or to wait. Well I have been waiting for a month and two weeks. Registration is nit finalised. Unisa cannot help you send emails no response. Calls are not taken or you wait on the line forever.. You go to campus they say they waiting for NSFAS list and can't help you. Yet you have assessments deadlines Aiii shame I wonder if this is the free education that is helping students or what honestly. I am giving starting to just give up. I am tired and depressed really. There is so much going on here that just shows *********** and undisorganised company or their system of working really it just too much.
