The dream is being flushed down the drain by NSFAS

I am disappointed about the response after appeal. I am a guardian of a child since he was young. Now he passed his matric with B and registered to do Bsc biology. He app**** for NSFAS because I am no longer working since 2019. I am a student. Due to fact that I am still finishing my studies I took him back to my mother as she is responsible for his financial needs. The outcome at his first application said I earn more than R350 000. I was shocked because I am now unemployed. He than appealed and attached the affidavit that I wrote, the letter from department as proof of unemployment and all other documents. Now my son got response which says documents are outdated I have to submit proof of income for December 2020. Remember I am a student I resigned from work in 2019. Where can I get the present payslip??? This is the way how our child are supported for education? Now he has to stay home cos neither me or my mom can afford tuition fee and residence and other needs. I am so stressed don't know how to help him. Can NSFAS do justice to provide for the needy? The dream of being a doctor will now fade due to funding
