Terrible Service – Extremely Disappointed

I had a very frustrating experience with NSFAS today. I called in to get help with an issue, and instead of receiving proper assistance, the agent I spoke to dropped the phone on me while I was still explaining my problem. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a service that’s meant to support students.

I waited a long time to get through, only to be cut off mid-sentence. No follow-up, no resolution—just complete disregard for my concern. If this is how NSFAS handles students' queries, it’s no wonder so many of us are left feeling ignored and helpless.

Do better.
