I am out of options!! I am writing as a single mother and the sole breadwinner in the family The NSFAS contact number is never answered - always put on hold - wait for a verly long time to get through The NSFAS email is never responded to - just ignored - why then have an email? The NSFAS agents are incomptent and unprofessional.

I sent this letter to the newly appointed NSFAS Board chairperson, Dr Karen Stander, at her UNISA email address where she works, but received an automatic response to advise that she does not respond to any NSFAS realted queries via her UNISA email and and cited the ***,za email address which is toally useless!
