Stuck without study material

<p>I app**** for NSFAS and was told that I was funded pending registration at NELSON MANDELA METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY.I registered been t now I have been waiting and and waiting,what's the hold up because some students who app**** after got even their allowances whereas I haven't even got my LAF.This is too much and NSFAS will expect me to pass..HOW???WITHOUT STUDY MATERIAL???</p>
