Stuck status

My status has been stuck on verification since last year December and registration at my university are closing on the 28 Feb and I can’t register because my status has been on verification worse part last year nsfas was funding me and I passed all my modules I don’t know what should I do I’ve been emailing and calling them no response or any changes
