Still not able to speak to a person

<p>I received an sms and e-mail that I am provisionally funded pending registration at a local university. I have registered but don't know what steps to follow next, I've called the nsfas call center but it keeps saying the call volumes are high then the call drops, I've tweeted to nsfas but no one responds.. how do I get to the next step of my application??? Please assist </p>
