STATEMENT FROM NSFAS

Good day, I am having issues getting a statement from you guys. This is really becoming annoying now. Why don't you create a website where people can just download their statements because your staff members are ***********. I have been asking for a statement for 3 months and to date haven't received anything. Your phone numbers don't work and you don't respond to emails. Please advise
