Sooo Disappointed of this service

I’ve paid my Nsfas but it reflects a balance in my payslip that is ridiculous as they have made a stop order, I cannot communicate with them I tried sending emails, reach them through social media since December 2021 to date but I continue paying

I cannot get my statements or anything for that matter
