settlement letter

I have requested NSFAS to send me the settlement letter since the amount that was reflected from the debt provided to my employer for payment was R471 nd was being settle on the next pay date yo my surprise I was told that my debt accumulated interest amounting R850 which I needed to settle within seven days and email the proof of payment. Although I did not understand where the amount eminated from I settled that amount and emailed the proof of Payment to NSFAS. Subsequently I requested NSFAS to provide me with a letter clearing me of all debts with them, after two months of following up on the matter no one from the offices has even bothered with explain what might be the hold up.<br> <br> Which now have me thinking if NSFAS is still devising a plan to ****** more money from as that what they always do to law abiding citizens whereas they are failing to collect debts from billions of people who owes them.<br> <br> I urge NSFAS to fix this matter has I have provided everything they have requested from me.<br>
