Ridiculous interest n no communication

<p>in 2012 the same month after getting a job. I called NSFAS n ask them to start debiting R1100 n something I'm not sure about the figure. That was done immediately after my employer registered me. Thy debited for a year and they stopped. I never instructed them to stop then all of a sudden my debt has accumulated interest from 2013 til present day. I took my time and called them immediately after being employed, didn't run away from them then they decided to stop debiting and accumulated interest. Why am I being punished for their mistake. January this year they were suppose to debit after our communication n they didn't. I sent emails asking why do I have an interest from 2013 as if I reversed or changed employment or bank details to run away from them n they have not responded til present day. I find this unfair</p>
