REQUEST FOR A PAID UP LETTER

On the 08 April 2019 I formally requested a settlement letter from the National Financial Student Aid Scheme (NSFAS) and they only responded today, 13 May 2019, a month later. On the 09 April 2019 I received a settlement letter through someone that I know in the institution and the letter indicated that I owe them R 7,917.95. and I made that payment on the 12 April 2019. To my dismay, I received a message just within an hour ago indicating that I owe them R 8,030.15. I HAVE ONE REQUEST AND THAT IS FOR NSFAS TO GIVE ME A PAID UP AS I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING SINCE THE 12 APRIL 2019
