Repayment call

I recently received a call from one of their call center agents informing me that I have to start paying as of the 29th of December 2015. I have informed the agent that I am currently working part time and after deductions have only a fraction of my salary left.<br> <br> I would like to have the agreed amount of R350 reduced to a more affordable amount until I am in a job where I do earn more or start with repayments once I earn more. Currently, I am struggling financially with payments for a personal loan I had taken out in order to pay my fees for 2014/15 when NSFAS was unable to assist me with funding. Once I ended the call and done calculations for my budget including this R350 deduction, I am left with less than R500 for the month which excludes travelling and basic living necessities.<br> <br> Please get back to me as soon as possible.
