Refusal to refund over paid account

Today (23 Dec 2019) marks more than 21 days since I submitted for for refund. I have not received the refund.

What should I do to receive the refund? Remember that I sent the first refund form on 24 Oct 2019 and send again on 21 Nov 2019. How long should I wait?

I finished paying my account on August 2019 and deductions went through while the account is paid up. I'm disappointed at NSFAS with the service they are providing. It's explains why the country is in such a bad state.

Today marks 42 working days since I submitted the refund form but no refund. Your own service standard says 21 days but I have being waiting double that time. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? I know that Im a drop in ocean given millions tof people you service and my refund is not important to you. The little refund I will get, will make a huge difference in my family's lives.

I'm writing the email enquiring and get no response at all. Can I just a respond why the refund is delayed.
