Refund from NSFAS

<p>I started pay off Nsfas and I settled my account on 1 March 2017. After I sent them the proof of payment but they debited my account again. I followed the correct procedure to request the refund on the 30 March whic was supposed to take 21 working days. Until today I haven't received my money.</p> <p>I have been in contact with the followig people and they have not been able to assist until to date:</p> <p>Portia Montshabatho</p> <p>Palesa Tsoaeli</p> <p>And now they are avoiding my calls and emails.</p>
