Pre Registration status

Nsfas.coinvest.africa - I have had by far the worst experience ever I'm still puzzled why Nsfas would change their wallet to a company that has little to no regards to peoples needs, the agents are rude there is no further assistance to the query. I'm just baffled that I would go to extensive measures and have a temporary ID done with my last cent to be told wai***** been almost 2 months where is my money? I have a landlord who is done with excuses what's the hold up?
