POOR SERVICES

I have tried the for the passed 4 weeks to get hold of the NSFAS office just to ask for my statement as the Institution requires it. The number I called was the *** and the voicemail said that due to COVID, offices are closed they can only be contacted on their facebook or twitter platform. Unfortunately I do not have twitter so I sent them an inbox on facebook requesting my statement and I never got a respond. After a week I sent them an inbox again on facebook and still I did not receive a respond. I then went on their website and I got an email for enquiries and I did sent them an email requesting my statement and I never received a response, After a week I sent another email and still no response till today. I asked my fellow classmates for another number of the NSFAS offices and they gave me a *** of which I tried calling it and it does not go through. I do not know what to do anymore, I need my statement and I can not get hold of the NSFASS offices.
