Poor service, upsetting

They contact me in 2016 to hand me over, they set up a debit order and for the past 2years I cannot get in contact with them for a statement at least. How am I able to see where my money is going?? Is my loan actually being paid off?? Yet they are the first to debit my account every month up until this very day.
