Poor Service

Account number 365167 I have settled my account ,However due to NSFAS not reconciling their accounts I discovered that I overpaid my account as the was also a deduction from salary as well .I have sent several emails requesting for a statement and a refund. How do you expect people to pay their accounts if you do not send them reconciled statements.
